The Farm Workers Association of Florida is a statewide membership organization based out of central Florida, which aims to protect the rights of all Florida farm workers. FWAF assists its members to integrate themselves into society and empowers the farm workers of Florida with knowledge of their basic rights, whether it is protection from wage theft and poor working conditions. We unite farm workers of Florida from all different races in order to achieve and fight for common goals,
which include, fair and equal salaries, human rights, and the health and wellness of farm workers. Our goal is to build a strong multi-racial economically viable organization of farm workers in Florida, empowering farm workers to respond to and gain control over the social, political, economic, and workplace issues that affect their lives.
